Markhams came to Vault Consulting with a clearly articulated set of drivers for embarking on a strategic planning process: an upcoming personnel transition, a need to refocus around a shared set of values and the opportunity to develop new markets and offerings. We worked with the team to create a strategic plan which included a blueprint for managing the anticipated changes and a business plan to ensure the company was able to minimise risks and was poised to fully leverage opportunities as they transitioned. We designed and delivered the strategic planning process, focused around a workshop and followed with ongoing mentoring.
